When there is no desire to invent complex marinades, you can simply cook pork with mayonnaise in the oven. According to this recipe, even the most lean pieces of meat without fat are juicy. The main thing is to add salt at the end and with caution.
Ingredients
- Pork (clipping) – 1 kg
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 0.5 tsp.
- Parsley (for decoration) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse pork under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut off the films.
Brush the meat with mayonnaise, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Salt is not necessary yet.
Wrap the pork in foil and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
Put the meat in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1.5 hours.
Carefully unwrap the foil, sprinkle with salt on all sides and bake for another 20 minutes.
Cut the finished baked pork into small pieces and serve with parsley.
