- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 7-8 pieces
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Water - 1 glass
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs and fry in a cauldron for 15 minutes, turning them over periodically.
Add coarsely chopped carrots and onions.
After 7 minutes, add the potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the spices, season and simmer everything in a cauldron under the lid until the potatoes are ready.
5-7 minutes before the end, add the halves of cherry tomatoes.
