Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel all the vegetables. Grate the carrots and beets on a grater, chop the onion, and chop the tomatoes in a blender.
Add chopped herbs, garlic and all other ingredients.
Simmer the workpiece for 1.5 hours on low heat.
Put the dressing in jars and sterilize for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up for the winter.
