Ingredients
- Garnet - 1 kg
- Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Pomegranate juice - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the grenades into grains.
Mix the juice and sugar, and boil for half an hour on low heat.
Let the syrup cool, put the grains in it and bring it to a boil again.
Boil the jam for 5 minutes and let it cool. Repeat this step twice more.
During the last cooking, add lemon juice and roll the jam into sterile jars.
