Cranberry and orange jam with honey

This jam is a real find in any cookbook. It's amazing that only three main ingredients give such a complex and multifaceted taste. And even such simple ones – just cranberries, orange and honey. Try it on occasion!


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cranberries, peel the orange slices from all the films, and cover with sugar.

Boil everything for 30-40 minutes on low heat and rub through a sieve.

Add lemon juice, zest, cinnamon and honey.

Boil the jam for another 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
