Rinse the apricots, divide them into halves, remove the bones.
Rinse the mint and dry it slightly.
Place the apricot halves in a cooking pan, add sugar, citric acid and a sprig of mint. Pour in the water, bring the compote to a boil and boil for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
From the finished compote, do not forget to take out a sprig of mint.
