Tomato ketchup with apples and bell pepper for winter

To enjoy juicy and delicious ketchup all year round, I cook it myself from tomatoes, apples and bell peppers. It is ideal for snacks and dishes that lack their sharpness and piquancy. The recipe is simple, and it can be prepared in large quantities.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 4 pieces
- Apples - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 5 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily chop all the vegetables and apples, chop the garlic, add a spoonful of water and simmer for half an hour after boiling.
Grind the workpiece with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Add the remaining ingredients, bring the ketchup to a boil again and cook for another 15 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars for the winter.
