Grind all the spices in a blender and mix with sugar.

Dice the pumpkin, apples and orange pulp.

Mix everything together, add sugar, raisins, a little zest, juice of a whole lemon and a glass of water.

Simmer everything over medium heat for about half an hour after boiling.

Put the workpiece into jars and sterilize for another 15 minutes in a saucepan with water, and then roll it up.
