Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Lingonberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
- Water - 200 ml
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the apples, add the lingonberries and then add sugar and water.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool, boil for another 5 minutes and let cool again.
Add rosemary, boil the jam for another 5 minutes, remove the herbs and pour the jam into sterile jars.
