A separate seasonal treat is nectarine jam. A couple of jars, harvested in the summer, will certainly not disappear in the middle of winter. You can do it in different ways. I have a recipe in my piggy bank and an option without sterilization. I'm telling you more!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly slice nectarines and cover with sugar. Leave it on for a couple of hours, and then slightly mash it with a pusher.

Bring the mass to a boil and boil for about 30 minutes on low heat, removing the foam.

If desired, grind with a blender. And boil the jam for another 15 minutes.

Roll it into scalded boiling water jars.
