I love this recipe for zucchini in chili ketchup, because it is prepared literally from what is at hand and in the refrigerator. Even if you have never taken up vegetable preparations for the winter, this snack will definitely work the first time.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 kg
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Garlic - 0.5 heads
  • Water - 800 ml
  • Sugar - 0.5 glasses
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Vinegar - 125 ml
  • Ketchup (chile) – 125 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Arrange the herbs, garlic and randomly chopped zucchini in sterilized jars.

Mix the water and all the other ingredients.

Bring the marinade to a boil.

Pour the zucchini and sterilize the jars for another 15-20 minutes.

Roll them up for the winter.
