One of the best ways to roll up your favorite mushrooms for the winter is to twist them into fried jars. This applies to absolutely any mushrooms, including oyster mushrooms. Today I will tell you how to cook them properly so that they are stored all season.

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms - 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil oyster mushrooms for 5-7 minutes in boiling water and chop.

Finely chop the onion and fry until soft in oil.

Add oyster mushrooms and continue to fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Add salt, spices and herbs, and fry for another 5 minutes.

Put the oyster mushrooms in sterile jars, a little short of the top.

Pour boiling vegetable oil and roll up.
