Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop onions and carrots in a blender, fry in oil and add chopped cabbage to the same place.

Simmer the vegetables until half-cooked and add salt and spices.

Separately fry the chopped chanterelles and mix with vegetables.

Dilute the tomato with water and pour in the same.

Simmer the hodgepodge for another half hour on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
