Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water with sugar, bring to a boil and boil until dissolved.
Pour boiling water over the blueberry for a couple of minutes, flip it into a colander and send it to the syrup.
Bring to a boil again and boil the jam for half an hour on low heat.
Roll up in sterile jars for the winter.
