Do you like cereal and granola? But with store options, not everything is so simple. They often have an unobvious composition, sugar, glaze and other questionable ingredients. But granola can be easily cooked at home, and then I'll tell you exactly how.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 4 glasses
- Coconut chips - 1 glass
- Nuts - 0.5 glasses
- Dried Fruits - 1 glass
- Vanillin - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Syrup (maple, agave, jerusalem artichoke) – 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roughly chop the nuts. Mix with flakes and coconut chips.
Mix honey, butter, syrup and spices separately. Heat the mixture so that it becomes liquid.
Pour this over the flakes with nuts, mix and put the granola on parchment.
Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
When the granola cools down, add the chopped dried fruits and berries.
