- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Flour - 1 glass
- Peaches - 2-3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the eggs and mix.
Add sugar, salt and soda, mix again and finally add flour.
Finely chop the peaches.
Form small cottage cheese cakes, put them on each filling and seal the edges so that the peaches are inside.
