Easy-to-prepare homemade PP cake will definitely suit your taste. Light and gentle, with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or fragrant tea will be a great start to a good day. And the useful ingredients in the composition will not add extra centimeters in the waist.
Ingredients
- Rice flour - 120 g
- Flour (whole grain) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sour cream (10%) – 160 ml
- Coconut oil - 10 g
- Cocoa - 20 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Sugar Substitute - 10 g
- Ricotta - 240 g
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 200 g
- Sugar substitute - 6 g
- Berries - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
With a mixer, beat the eggs with a sugar substitute until a fluffy foam forms. Add the melted coconut oil, sour cream, sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Whisk again until smooth.
Put the dough in a small diameter mold and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
To make the cream, mix cottage cheese, ricotta and sugar substitute.
Cut the slightly cooled sponge cake into 3 cakes.
Assemble the cake: smear each cake with cream, fold it into a slide.
Send the finished PP cake to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and decorate with fresh berries before serving.
