It's hot outside, which means it's time to cook cold drinks and desserts at home. I suggest we do popsicle marshmallows today. To do this, you will need special silicone molds, small sticks and, of course, products on the list.
Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 500 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- White chocolate - 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water - 120 ml
- Chocolate - 150 g
- Cocoa butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Add the white chocolate broken into pieces and warm up until smooth, stirring frequently.
Turn off the heat, add the blank with gelatin and mix well.
Separately whisk cream with powdered sugar.
Add the chocolate and gelatin billet in small portions, mix thoroughly.
Pour the resulting mass into silicone popsicle molds, insert the sticks and put them in the freezer for 6 hours.
Put the broken chocolate into pieces in a small saucepan.
Add cocoa butter and heat in a water bath until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Remove the finished popsicles from the molds, pour the chocolate glaze and put them in the freezer for another couple of hours.
