If you don't get cheesecakes, use the following classic recipe. The dough turns out to be tender, soft and at the same time holds its shape perfectly. Additionally, cheese blanks can be rolled in flour or coconut chips before roasting.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 100 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Butter (for frying) – 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will turn out tender and airy.
Add beaten egg, salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and sifted flour. Mix the mass thoroughly until smooth.
Take a little curd mass with a spoon, form a round cutlet with your hands and put it on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides and place on a paper napkin. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
