Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 5 tbsp.l.
- Pineapple (canned) – 3-4 circle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with eggs until smooth.
Add sugar, vanilla extract and zest, and mix again. At the end, add the sifted flour.
Finely chop the pineapples and send them to the dough.
Shape the cheesecakes with wet hands and fry over medium heat.
