- Watermelon (pulp) – 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 350 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the watermelon pulp from the seeds and grind it in a blender.
Add milk, lemon juice and sugar. Turn on the blender for another 1 minute.
Put it in a prepared mold and put it in the freezer. For the first 3 hours, take out the ice cream every 40 minutes and beat it well with a mixer.
After that, put the ice cream in the freezer for another 4 hours.
