Ingredients
For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Flour - 1 glass
- Brown Sugar - 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Citric acid - 1 pinch
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the whites and yolks separately.
Continuing to beat, add sugar to the whites, and then the yolks.
Add the sifted flour with cinnamon and baking powder, and mix with a spatula.
Pour the dough into the bowl of the slow cooker and bake for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
Whisk the sour cream with the rest of the ingredients for the cream until fluffy.
When the biscuit cools down, cut it into cakes, smear with cream and put the sour cream in the refrigerator.
