In summer, I don't want to turn on the oven at all. In such cases, it is better to prepare light desserts without baking. For example, try this great cake recipe! Instead of canned peaches, you can use any seasonal fruit.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone - 300 g
- Cream (bold) – 350 ml
- Butter - 120 g
- Savoyardi Cookies - 300 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Gelatin (without slide) – 1 tsp.
- Water - 3 art.l.
- Peaches (canned) – 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Savoyardi cut into pieces about 7 centimeters long. One edge of the cookie should be round, and the other should be even.
Mash the remains of the cookies with a rolling pin to fine crumbs.
Melt butter and mix with crumbled cookies.
From the resulting mass, lay out the bottom in a detachable form of a small diameter. Tamp it carefully so that it turns out to be quite dense.
Lay out the sides of the cake from pieces of savoyardi.
Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar.
Whisk cream with vanilla sugar.
Mix gelatin with cold boiled water. It should completely dissolve.
Mix the whipped mascarpone, water with gelatin and cream.
Pour the resulting mass into a cookie mold and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the peach into small slices and put it on top of the cheese mass. Put the cake in the refrigerator for another 1.5-2 hours.
