Ingredients
- Cookies (sugar) – 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Condensed milk - 400 ml
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender until they are fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter.
Mix and place on the bottom of the split mold, lightly tamping.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Whisk mascarpone with condensed milk and vanilla.
Put the cream in the mold on top of the cookie cake and smooth it out. Put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
