In summer I often cook sour cream in a frying pan with sour cream. To speed up the process, you can use two frying pans, but then you need to roll the cakes very quickly. I recommend calling someone for help, because it will be difficult to cope with the task alone.
Ingredients
- Flour - 380 g
- Sour cream - 220 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream (25% fat content) – 500 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour cream with soda and sugar.
Add vanilla, sifted flour and knead a soft dough.
Divide into 6-8 parts, form balls and put them in a bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out each ball with a cake and pierce it with a fork in several places.
Fry in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Fry one cake more than usual, and then crumble with a rolling pin. This baby will serve as a dessert decoration.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla, beat well with a mixer.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with sour cream.
Brush the top with the remnants of the cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
