Autumn pleases us with rich fruits, among which there is also a pumpkin. If you are already bored with the usual recipes of panna cotta with berries, we offer a new extraordinary recipe. This dessert will surprise you with its tenderness, savory taste of pumpkin and subtle aroma of vanilla.
Ingredients
- Cream (35% fat content) – 500 ml
- Pumpkin - 500 g
- Milk - 85 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Gelatin - 12 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Mint - 5 g
- Ground cinnamon - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds. Cut into small cubes, add water and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Puree the pumpkin with a blender.
Mix pumpkin puree with milk and cream. Whisk well with a whisk so that the mass becomes a little airy
Soak the gelatin in 75 ml of water, put it in a water bath and wait until the gelatin completely dissolves. Let it cool a little and add it to the puree with cream.
Put a plastic wrap on the bottom of the creamer to make it easier to get the dessert. Fill the creamer with creamy pumpkin mass and refrigerate for 2 hours until completely thickened.
Serve panna cotta, decorating the dessert with mint leaves.
