Ingredients
For Sponge cake:
- Flaxseed flour - 50 g
- Sugar Substitute (erythritol) – 80 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Cocoa - 20 g
- Baking powder dough - 5 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 2 pinches
For cream:
- Sour cream - 380 g
- Sugar substitute (erythritol) – 50 g
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with erythritol until fluffy. Add the cream and whisk again.
Add the dry ingredients and knead a homogeneous dough.
Pour it into the mold and bake the biscuit in the oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Let it cool on the grill and put it in the refrigerator.
Whisk sour cream with erythritol until fluffy. Add vanilla to taste.
Cut the sponge cake, smear the cakes with cream and assemble the sour cream.
Coat it with the remaining cream and decorate to taste.
