The classic recipe for Italian dessert uses rum, cognac or brandy. I advise you to try another option: to cook tiramisu with marsala. Spanish wine enriches the bouquet of flavors with berry and nutty notes. In my opinion, this recipe is worthy of attention.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the eggs, divide into whites and yolks.

Whisk the whites to sharp peaks.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks with powdered sugar.

Mix mascarpone, whipped egg yolks and fluffy protein mass.

In a wide bowl, mix strong coffee and marsala.

Smear the bottom of the prepared dishes with a small amount of cream.

Dip the cookies in fragrant coffee and put them in one layer.

Pour cream generously on top.

Dip the cookies in the coffee again and put the next layer, pour over the cream. Repeat the procedure with the remaining blanks.

Pour the remaining cream on top and sprinkle cocoa through a strainer. Put the ready tiramisu with marsala in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
