Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes.
Chop all the vegetables with a blender until smooth and add spices to taste.
Lubricate the drying trays with oil and lay out the pastille with a layer of 5-7 mm.
Dry it at about 50 degrees for about 5-6 hours - according to the instructions.
