My favorite cheesecakes are cheesecakes without baking. It turns out very tasty, but it is much easier to cook. You don't need an oven, you don't need to monitor the temperature and humidity in it – it just freezes in the refrigerator. Catch the recipe with cherries!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cherry (pitted) – 250 g
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind all the ingredients for the base in a blender until smooth and tightly tamp into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator.
Beat cottage cheese, yogurt and sugar with a mixer to taste.
Cover the cherries with a small amount of sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions. Add part to the cherries and part to the cottage cheese, and mix everything together.
Pour the curd layer on the base and then pour the cherry layer. If you don't want them to mix, first let the curd layer freeze a little in the freezer.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
