Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift flour, food coloring and baking powder.
Pour all the ingredients necessary for the biscuit into the container. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts - about 650 grams each.
Cover the baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm with parchment, grease with oil. It is necessary to bake cakes for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
Let the biscuits cool completely. Then cut off the tops, making the cakes even. Chop the tops into crumbs using a blender.
To prepare the cream, whisk the butter with powdered sugar for 4-5 minutes at high speed. Mix the resulting mass with Philadelphia cheese.
Evenly lubricate the bottom cake with cream, retreating from the edge by about 5 mm. Cover with a second cake, pressing the kitchen board on top.
Smear cream on the sides and top of the cake with a thin layer. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Send the finished cake to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
