When I don't want to turn on the oven, I cook cheesecake without baking with gelatin. In addition to the listed products, a detachable mold and a mixer are needed. You should also prepare a place in the refrigerator in advance, because the cake will freeze there.
Ingredients
- Cookies - 250 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Mascarpone - 200 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Gelatin - 1 art.l.
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the prepared mold, lightly tamping. Be sure to form high and thick sides.
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla and the blank with gelatin.
Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Put the cheese mass in a mold with a base, smooth it out and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
