Ordinary cakes are difficult to combine with proper nutrition. But what if you really want something sweet? Prepare a honey cake according to this simple recipe and treat yourself to a delicious dessert without fear of gaining extra pounds.
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Rice flour - 150 g
- Water - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- Honey - 20 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder - to taste
For cream:
- Cottage cheese curds (children's) – 250 g
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Honey - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt honey in a water bath. Add water, eggs, sifted flour, sugar substitute and baking powder. Mix and knead the elastic dough.
Divide the dough into several parts (according to the number of cakes) and roll out each with a thickness of about 3 mm. Bake the cakes in a preheated 180 °C oven for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the “right” cream: simply combine all the ingredients for the cream and mix until smooth.
Smear the cooled cakes with cream, fold them into a slide, decorate at your discretion.
