For the dough:
- Sour cream (25%) – 250 g
- Currant - 120 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 200 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1.5 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream (25%) – 200 g
- Sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Add sour cream and sifted flour with baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon.
Beat the dough again with a mixer.
Mix currants with starch, add to the dough and mix.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let the cake cool a little on the grill and cut into several cakes.
Beat the sour cream and sugar for the cream with a mixer until fluffy.
Smear the cakes and collect the sour cream.
