- Oat flakes - 200 g
- Peanuts - 150 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Sunflower seeds - 80 g
- Sesame - 40 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 100 ml
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind all the dry ingredients in a blender.
Add eggs beaten with kefir, honey and sugar substitute.
Mix the masses and put the cookies on parchment.
Bake it for about 15 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
