This ice cream is not only delicious, but also very beautiful thanks to the spectacular alternation of layers of ordinary and strawberry yoghurts. To make these layers go at an angle, tilt the mold when freezing each, except the last one.
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 500 ml
- Strawberry - 100 g
- Sugar substitute - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yogurt with sugar substitute and pour half.
Add strawberries to one half and whisk with a blender.
Pour the first layer of yogurt into the molds and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Fill the next layer, and so alternate until the end, freezing each.
