Classic sour cream is a homemade cake. But this time I propose to cook it in the form of a roll. In my opinion, this format is much more convenient. You can even take a piece with you for a snack to work, study or just on the road.
Ingredients
For the cake:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 1 glass
- Cocoa - 2 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Powdered sugar - 80 g
- Cherry - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the whites into a fluffy foam and gradually add sugar.
Add the yolks, continuing to beat.
Add the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder, gently mix the dough.
Pour the dough on a baking sheet and bake the cake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Roll the finished cake into a roll with a wet towel.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Unwrap the roll, smear with cream, lay out the pitted cherries, twist them again and send them to the refrigerator.
