I've heard about this recipe for a long time, but somehow I didn't get around to it. Fortunately, last weekend I managed to make cheesecakes from liquid dough. I want to note that it is fast and convenient. You can compare the dessert with the pancakes we are used to.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 50 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla, flour and mix.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Spoon out small cheesecakes and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat the procedure with the remaining cheese mass.
