In this recipe, berry puree is not cooked. It is simply mixed with sugar and dried at a low temperature. As a result, blueberry pastille preserves the useful properties of berries, which means it is a generous source of vitamins and trace elements.

Chop the blueberries in a blender until pureed.

Add sugar and mix thoroughly.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with vegetable oil.

Lay out the berry billet with a layer about 0.5-1 cm thick and smooth it out.

Dry in the oven for 6-8 hours at a temperature of 65 degrees.

Separate the finished pastille from the paper, cut and roll into tubes.
