Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the blueberries in a blender until pureed.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with vegetable oil.
Lay out the berry billet with a layer about 0.5-1 cm thick and smooth it out.
Dry in the oven for 6-8 hours at a temperature of 65 degrees.
Separate the finished pastille from the paper, cut and roll into tubes.
