Berry marshmallow is a separate pleasure, and it is always different, depending on which berry you take. How about lingonberries? A wonderful combination of sourness and sweetness turns into an ideal treat for tea for the whole family.

Fill the agar with water and leave for half an hour.

Peel and slice the apples, bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees and chop with a blender.

Cranberries, too, chop with a blender and grind through a sieve.

Mix both purees and boil over low heat about twice, up to 200 g.

Let the puree cool down. Add half of the protein and beat with a mixer. Add the other half of the protein and 100 g of sugar, and whisk again until firm peaks.

Add the remaining sugar to the water with agar, bring to a boil and boil the syrup for 5 minutes on low heat.

Continuing to beat the puree, pour in the syrup in a thin stream.

Put the marshmallows on the parchment in any convenient way and let it completely freeze at room temperature.
