An airy cake with whipped cream was named after a popular ballerina — Anna Pavlova. Dessert really resembles a magnificent ball gown. In addition, it delights with incredible taste and beauty. Be sure to try to cook it!

Ingredients

For meringue:
  • Egg whites (chilled) – 4 pieces
  • Powdered sugar - 1 glass
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife
  • Corn Starch (without slide) – 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat the cooled whites with salt until sharp peaks.

Without stopping the mixer, add lemon juice and powdered sugar.

Pour in the starch and gently mix with a silicone spatula.

On parchment paper, draw a circle with a diameter of 24 centimeters. Put the protein mass on it, forming a recess in the center.

Bake the meringue at 100 degrees for 2 hours. Then separate from the parchment paper and put it to cool on the grill.

Whisk cream with vanilla essence and powdered sugar.

Put the meringue on a plate, fill the recess with whipped cream.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and put them on the cream. Serve the cake immediately.
