Are you planning to cook a cake for the festive table? Try to bake caramel sour cream! Conventionally, the whole cooking process can be divided into three stages: baking a cake, working with cream and cooking caramel. I advise you not to rush, to act carefully and consistently.

- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Corn Starch - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 200 g
- Cream (bold) – 200 ml
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs, sour cream and melted butter.
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and mix until smooth.
Put the dough in the prepared form and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the cake, take it out of the mold and cut it across into 2-3 identical parts.
Mix sour cream, eggs and powdered sugar, beat with a mixer.
Add vanilla, starch and mix again.
Assemble the cake, generously smearing the cakes with cream.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the sugar.
Add butter, hot cream and boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour the cooled caramel over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
