Surely you have seen cute little cakes on social networks. This is the bento cake. Simply put, this is a dessert that is designed for one or two people. Today I propose to bake the beloved Honey Cake in this form.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 60 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Baking soda (without slide) – 1 tsp.
- Sour cream (bold) – 350 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix honey, soft butter, sugar and salt.
Heat the mixture in a water bath until smooth.
Remove from the bath, pour in the soda, mix and cool.
Add the egg and mix well again.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll into balls.
Roll out a thin cake with a diameter of about 10 centimeters from each ball.
Bake each billet in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. Usually 4-5 minutes is enough.
Mash one cake with a rolling pin to make a fine crumb.
Beat the cooled sour cream with powdered sugar.
Assemble the cake, generously greasing the cakes with sour cream.
Brush the top with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Put the bento cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
