Exotic fruits are sold in supermarkets all year round. At any time convenient for you, prepare a banana pastille in the dryer. The recipe is surprisingly simple, but it will take a long time to wait. The dessert should be dried at a low temperature for 8 hours.

- Bananas - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bananas and grind them in a blender until pureed.
Install special pastille trays. If they are not in the dryer, use baking paper.
Pour out the banana puree with a layer of about 0.5 cm and smooth it out.
Dry for 8 hours at 60 degrees.
Separate the finished pastille, cut it into wide ribbons and roll it up.
