Delicious dessert as a nice bonus after the main meal. Today I propose to make banana ice cream as such a bonus. Surprisingly simple, appetizing and most importantly — a natural treat. Try it and you!
Ingredients
- Cream - 250 ml
- Bananas (medium) – 3 pieces
- Coconut milk - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 120 g
- Mint (for submission) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bananas, slice them and put them in the freezer for half an hour.
Put the bananas in a blender and grind until smooth.
Separately whisk the cooled cream until thickened.
Mix the chopped bananas, sugar, milk and whipped cream.
Put the mass in a wide bowl and send it to the freezer for 4 hours. Serve the ice cream garnished with fresh bananas and mint.
