My household loves sour cream with apples. As soon as I put it in the oven, they already begin to gather at the table. We can say that this has already turned into a kind of tradition. We put the cake on a beautiful dish, brew fragrant tea and enjoy a delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- Flour - 1,5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream (bold) – 300 g
- Apples - 400 g
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.
Add sour cream, sifted flour, baking powder and mix well.
Cut the apples into quarters, peel and seeds, chop, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Pour half of the dough into the prepared mold.
Then lay out the chopped apples.
Pour the remaining dough and put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
Remove the cake from the mold only after it has completely cooled down.
