- Cookies (sugar) – 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Water - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender until they are crumbs.
Add the melted butter, 1 tbsp.l. powdered sugar and mix.
Put it on the bottom of the prepared mold, lightly tamping. You can form the sides or not to do it.
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, cream, vanilla and the remaining powdered sugar.
Add the preform with gelatin and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Put the curd-cream mass into the mold on the base and smooth it out.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
