There are dozens of cheesecake recipes, and dozens of them are prepared without baking. I really love this dessert, so I tried many different options. Today I want to share with you one of my favorites, and for a change based on ricotta.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 200 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Ricotta - 250 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the base into a mold. Send it to the refrigerator.
Whisk sour cream and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the ricotta and stir.
Dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions and also mix in the cheese mass.
Pour this mass on the cake and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator until it hardens.
