Light vegetable soups are good for everyone, except that sometimes you want something more satisfying. In this case, I suggest adding some dried peas. And at the same time I will tell you how to cook it all correctly in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Peas (crushed) – 100 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the chicken, rinse the crushed peas, put everything in a bowl of a slow cooker and fill with water.
Turn on the soup mode for an hour.
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. After half an hour, add to the slow cooker with garlic and spices.
Cook the soup until the end of the program.
