On the one hand, cauliflower is very tasty and healthy. On the other hand, in its pure form it can be a little bland, especially as for a ready-made snack. That's why I once tried to marinate it for the winter in adjika, and since then I have been constantly repeating this recipe.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 3 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Parsley - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Pass the remaining vegetables, garlic and herbs through a meat grinder.
Mix all the ingredients in one saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil cauliflower in adjika for 15 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
